1. Han, the person by the train, tried to calm a person who was harassing people and the harasser ended up pushing Han into the tracks. The photographer took the photo because he knew there wasn't enough time to help Han so he used his flash on his camera to try and get the man to notice him.
2. He took it because he knew there was absolutely no way he could go to han and pull him out so the next he attempted was to take a picture and try and get the train to notice the flashes of the camera and attempt to stop.
3. I believe this was the right choice because he was still trying to help and the train was already so close there was no way he could've helped him in time so I feel that his attempt was more productive.
4. Some of the things he did was right but he could've done more by calling for help and at least attempting to pul him out of the train tracks.
5. I believe they shouldn't have put it on the magazine because the controversy it causes and how the photographer did the wrong thing when he didn't but he could've done more so and all the drama could cause the photographer to feel extremely guilty.
6. No matter what you do, helping people is always the better choice. If a photographer were to not help someone and the victim ended up dying the photographer would no doubt feel extremely guilty the rest of his life.
7. If a photographer is trying to help save someone's life then it is absolutely okay to be interacted into the his photos.
8. In certain cases, yes because they are trying to capture what is truly happening but however if it is the difference between life or death then it absolutely okay to help and interfere.
9. Always help. That is priority and photos are always, no matter what, second priority.

Fall Finals Review
The horse flies into the air in a graceful manner with the ring leaders guiding his moves as the crowd watches in amazement in the circus stands. The members and animals of the circus had been working on their routines a whole year before the show had even started and the hard work had paid off.
Rule of Thirds- Having the Subject not in the middle and being somewhere off to the side.
Balancing Elements- balance in colors or balance in the amount of stuff happening on both sides
Leading Lines- lines in the photo that lead your eye to the focal point
Framing- To surround the subject, and giving it the finished look.
Create Depth - layers within the photo with foreground, mid-ground and background
Repetition- repeating an element making the photo pleasing to the eye
Viewpoint- Where your eye would go first in the photo.
Mergers- avoiding color crashing and subject mixing or getting lost in the photo
Cropping- removing unnecessary points of a photo so the photo is pleasing
Background- having a pleasing and subtle background for the subject
Aperture- a hole in the camera that determines the amount of light being let into the camera
Shutter speed- the amount of time that the camera is open, letting in light during that opening time
ISO- the level of sensitivity due to the light available for the camera
It's unacceptable to change a persons features in a photo through photoshop and adding or removing things from a photo so that it is untrue.
Enviromental: interacting with the scenery and what is around the subject
Self: the subject taking the picture themselves
Casual: fun, in-the-moment, no-formal, natural
Exposure: the appropriate lighting and having it well exposed
Depth of Field: the blur of the surroundings and background around or behind the subject
Focal Length: the (in or out) zoom of the lens
Early: simple, poster-style, minimal words, vintage look
Poster: a cover that would resemble a poster or a form of simple art
Words Married to Type: less words that would only relate to the cover
Forest of Words: lots of words surrounding the subject of the cover
