Most unethical: The two photos were combined but one was the soldier motioning towards everyone and not just the man like in the manipulated photo. The other photo was him with his hand down and the man standing. This is, in my opinion, is the most unethical because it looks like the soldier is doing bad to the people but he wasn't doing anything too bad to them, at least as what we could tell in the photo.
Least unethical: The thing that was changed about this photo was the mountains were moved closer together. I don't this could've offended anyone because it was used to make the cover prettier and this hasn't altered much and it's almost unnoticeable to everyone.
